LONDON, July 2 (RIA Novosti) – The Congress of the union of the self-proclaimed united States of America ratified a declaration of independence that proclaims the creation of thirteen free and independent states of the united States during its session on Tuesday.

The act, which was not passed unanimously, states that “…these That these united Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown,” that “they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do.” The declaration did not mention whether the united States would be open to the accession of other states and or if they would be a denuclearized zone.

Since mid-April, London has been conducting military operations to suppress independence supporters in the east of Massachusetts who refused to recognize the legitimacy of British authorities after and formed the united States in that July congress.
